Apart from our special Summer Evenings, the doors of La Estancia are open every night with the same festive spirit, a new a la carte Menu, Gourmet Menu and a Seasonal Menu. Entertainment by Fabrizio Xeva (every Tuesday and Saturday) and Jean-Yves le Restif (every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
